Aston Martin has confirmed the V12 Zagato model is to go into limited production.
Following positive customer reaction, 150 examples of the road car will roll out in 2012.
But they will not be cheap - each car will be priced from £330,000 GBP, excluding local taxes.
Based on the V12 Vantage, the new V12 Zagato won the award for Design in the Concepts and Prototypes class at the prestigious Villa D' Este Concours.
A version then went on to prove its durability with the successful completion of the gruelling 39th ADAC Nürburgring 24 Hour race.
The road car sports a handcrafted aluminium and carbon fibre body, each one assembled by craftsman at the Aston Martin plant in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
Orders are now being taken on a first come first served basis and production is expected to commence during summer next year.
